I was recently working with a woman who needed to track monthly stats for appointments and attendance but also was tasked with the job of creating a dashboard to show the following: In this four part case study, I am going to walk you through the process from original set up through tracking the stats on each sheet, then putting it all together for a YTD overview and then finally creating a dashboard from the whole lot.
