If you need to quickly copy formatting from one cell to another, the Format Painter tool in Excel is a gift. You can use it to copy formatting once or multiple times. This video shows you how. For example, if you have formatted a spreadsheet on Monday but can’t remember what you did on Friday…using the Format Painter tool will save you a lot of work.
