In part one of this series, I looked at list preparation and in part two, I suggested that you convert your list to a table to make it much easier to manage adding in new data. In part 3, we looked at how to construct your first pivot table. In part four  I showed you how to quickly convert your numbers to percentages.

In this one I am going to show you some ways to group your dates and also to group your numbers.
