In part one of this series, I looked at list preparation and in part two, I suggested that you convert your list to a table. Assuming you have done that, in this part we are going to look at constructing our first pivot table. In the video below I will show you how to construct it, how to move around the fields and some of the calculation options you have. We are also going to look at what you need to do if and when you add or amend data.
