A question that comes up from time to time is how to get your PDF data into Excel. There are of course many online options to do so – just do a quick Google for “convert PDF to Excel” . However in this tutorial and video I want to show you how you could use the inbuilt functionality of Excel – Power Query to do so. The document I have used for this is a typical comma separated list which is in a single column PDF page. We want to convert it into Excel so we can actually do something with it.
